why this exists?

glad you asked for that btw. as i was saying previously, i like coding. sometimes i struggles a bit; here and there, but eventually; kinda gets it working

im bad at social skills, so sometimes my words are just a collection of other peoples words that i've learned to see or hear (or even spoke to) in my lifetime.

its not that im autistic or something, maybe im in the spectrum, idk.. thats another story.

but anyways, i made this because well, i like getting people to know better about myself,

this includes:

what happened

im doing fine right now, as of writing this article.

and uhh, for a while, i have this site back since like a month ago,

it was rough at first, since i was fairly new to javascript and html stuff. i knew the basics for nodejs, expressjs and all of that; except html.

html is a rough place to start because well, im not a frontend-focused "developer," i mainly do backends and rarely does UI/UX stuff. what i did about UIs tho is only on roblox.

yea i started UI/UX on roblox because im started making roblox games that, never really took off.

my journey to this site

well i started all of this because i was bored, and wanted to make... a sort of a like, portfolio..? couldnt explain much because im deadass confused on why i was doing this anyway.

after i made this, one issue i encountered; and its: ... drumroll please... HOSTING!!

i knew nothing about hosting - except for having a history about searching "free VPS" on youtube (and google sometimes). lol i was a dumbass back then, i fell for everything back then.

this hosting however, what i found is the most strictest; rule-packed; "hosting provider" (if you can call it that) ive came across

they had this system where the panel for the interface is just a pterodactyl panel for some reason. since i found this "provider", i decided "why not, ill just pick an Node.js egg to start. its nothing to worry about"

after i did what i did, like archiving my site, uploaded it, unpacked it, then run it. "yay its working!" i said setting up proxy, connected my domain to their proxy, it worked.

i dont know what happened, until when my site randomly dies after i left it for days.

it was odd, since i was using their proxy, i didnt do anything much about the site except renaming my pterodactyl server to like [acs] or random codes they announce in their server to avoid auto purges

but yea, i asked the people there, they said i was overreacting, and be patient as possible. i got no time for that

i opened a ticket, mods and admins are slow, i pointed out the problem, yes the admins acknowledged the issue and ignored me for days.

at this point i was like: if they didnt fix the issue, why cant i just delete the server and make a new one

and thats what i did, i made a new pterodactyl nodejs server, redo the process, and start. it worked.

but when tyring to proxy my domain to the server, i cant. i cant take my domain off for some reason, it says that i dont have any.

i tried to add it back, again. it says that i had them. even if i tried to bind it, it didnt work.

at this point, i was done with this. i asked the admins, slow response, but mods tried to help me

i said i already removed it but i cant bind it, it says that i already bind the domain (even though i cant proxy the domain to my server) the mods then @ the admins, still; no response from them.

then you know what? i deleted my server, left the discord. removed my oops.wtf domain from freedns.

thats when i knew, vercel had this feature all along. i just didnt know better. (this wasnt sponsored btw)

and thats what i did, logged in with my github, deployed my site thats a private repo, and i get a free domain too, vercel.app

few months later to now, i started changing things, adding new features like gallery n stuff. and this blog feature where i can "pour my hearts out."

now i have free qzz.io domain from digiplat. started using it.

and thats where this ended up, what you see right now.
